The objective of processing the User’s personal data is to compile and manage event participant registries; notify participants regarding event preparation, programme updates, schedule adjustments, logistics, and other organizational details; manage participant accreditation and facilitate venue access; and maintain communication with participants concerning their attendance.4.2. The Operator may also send notifications to the User regarding various developments. The User may opt out of receiving these informational communications at any time by sending an email to the Operator at office@congress.ru with the subject line “Opt out of notifications.”4.3. Anonymized User data collected via web analytics services is utilized to analyze User behaviour on the Website and to enhance the quality of the Website and its content.

5. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data exclusively in cases where the User independently fills out and/or submits such data through dedicated web forms available at forumsakhalin.ru.5.2. The User is any visitor to the website forumsakhalin.ru. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their explicit consent to this Policy.5.3. The retention and processing period for personal data is determined by the specific purposes of processing and shall not exceed five (5) years. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by transmitting an electronic notification to the Operator’s email address at office@congress.ru with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

7.1. The User may obtain clarifications regarding any queries concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at office@congress.ru.7.2. Any amendments or updates to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected directly within this document. This Policy remains valid indefinitely until superseded by a revised version.7.3.
