User Agreement

I, the data subject, acting freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, hereby grant explicit consent to Congress Limited Liability Company (Congress LLC, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7805578911, Principal State Registration Number (OGRN): 1127847085190, address: 88A Prospekt Sredniy V.O., Office 15-H, Room 310, Gavan Municipal Okrug, St. Petersburg), acting as the Personal Data Operator (the “Operator”), to process my personal data in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Categories of personal data subject to processing under this Consent:

1.1. General Identification Data:

Last name, first name;

Company name.

1.2. Contact Details:

Mobile phone number;

Email address.

2. Purposes of personal data processing:

Compiling and managing event participant registries;

Notifying participants regarding event preparation, programme updates, schedule adjustments, logistics, and other organizational details;

Managing participant accreditation and facilitating venue access;

Maintaining communication with participants concerning their attendance.

3. Scope of processing actions for which this Consent is granted:

Any actions (operations) performed upon personal data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, disclosure (by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available), depersonalization, blocking, erasure, or destruction.

4. Processing methods:

Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

5. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data for the specified processing purposes to third parties, including, but not limited to:

Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Sakhalin – An Island of Opportunities” (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 6500012372, Principal State Registration Number (OGRN): 1236500005004, address: 32 Prospekt Kommunisticheskiy, Office 209, 693009 Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Region).

This Consent to the transfer of data is granted on the condition that these third parties assume the obligation to ensure the confidentiality and security of my personal data in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data.”

6. I hereby confirm that:

I am an individual possessing full legal capacity.

The personal data provided by me is accurate and up-to-date.

I have reviewed the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy, made available at https://forumsakhalin.ru/energo/policy, and I consent to the processing of my data in accordance with its terms.

I acknowledge that data transmission via the Internet carries inherent security risks, and I voluntarily assume such risks.

7. Duration of consent and withdrawal procedure

This Consent remains valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of its execution, or until such time as it is withdrawn by me. I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by transmitting an electronic notification to the Operator’s email address at office@congress.ru with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.” Upon receipt of such notice by the Operator, the processing of my personal data shall be terminated, and the data shall be destroyed within the timeframes stipulated by applicable Russian legislation, except in instances where the Operator is legally entitled to continue processing such data without my consent on statutory grounds.
